Both look like great projects. Couple of things that stand out though, is the 140million coins minted in the Genesis block for ALPH development and team. Plus the fact that very few of the total supply has already been mined. Meaning the team could in theory dump big time. That a huge risk. Where’s as Kaspa had no pre-mine and no pre-allocation. There is no one that could dump 80% of the current supply. Plus, Kaspa has already been 3/4 mined. :) Kaspa outshines Alephium hands down.
yep, i have thought the same thing. but i know a chunk of the pre allocation has been sold already and some VC's dump as they are released to them but i think the price has survived nicely even though some are selling off instantly
Alephium 100x easy! $ALPH
1. Kaspa (Kaspa/KAS), a completely decentralized open source project with Bitcoin philosophy
There are some inconsistencies in this video.
Alephium has 16 blockchains each with a blocktime of 64 seconds. You will most likely get included in a block in about 4 seconds, but the confirmation times will still be roughly 6 minutes (6 confirmations), regardless of how many blockchains they have.
The 2500-3000 TPS achieved in the real-world environment testnet had a blocktime of 0.1 seconds, so with the rust update the blocktime will be changed.
If you're running out of video ideas, an in-depth video about the pruning mechanism of Kaspa would be great (Mining in Logarithmic space, NiPoPoWs, consistency vs agreement)
There’s a rumor that the new blocktime will be about 16 seconds in the near future
@@Elite_Employee Yeah there are other issues with ALEPH that I haven't touched on.
14% ICO is a start.
16x6 = 96 seconds for the standard 6 confirmations.
Even if they plan on increasing the blocktime to 16 seconds, there's still the issue of orphan blocks, which their block structure doesn't handle well.
@@Elite_Employeestop spreading rumors and making stuff up
You do a great job comparing. Thank you. U Rock!
+1 for ALPH.
KASPA is only protocol..
Sorry I’m noob… What do you mean basically ?
Does Taraxa have anything to say here?
For long term better KASPA
good content as always buddy
Alephium all day
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Alephium sirculation bellow 50%
Tokenomics is sketchy on ALPH, I don't really trust it compare to Kaspa.
true they do hold a lot in the pre allocation, which is not the best because these people hold a percentage of the market and they never actually use it on the ecosystem
@@SterlingSpecter1 😳 you said they never use it on ecosystem, sounds like pump and dump schemes. I am just surprised the ERG team is following the DEV Twitter so I am doing research. You investing in them or just mining to sell?
@@FableFrenzy i still like alephium its just that the sales fund gets 80 million ALPH which i dont agree with.
@@FableFrenzy they do use it on the ecosystem but not as much as i'd like them to
KASPA all day
Just a quick reminder it's "ALEPHIUM" not 'ELETHIUM" :)
its the english accent sorry
