You were absolutely cruising out there for pacing duties, it is great having a pace day as it means you get to encourage others, I reckon you'll get your 5k time down in no time at all 🔥keep up the good work.

Yeah it’s a nice feeling to be so comfortable. 22 mins was a regular goal when I first started parkrun 😊 And yeah pacing is great fun, absolutely love it!
Cheers, my 5k PB is 17:25… so I really do need to give it a go on a fast course sometime soon… and film it of course 😅 (Not that parkrun is a race 😉)
