    There's really two, huge aspects of time blocking. 1. Realistically estimating how much time you have left in your day to address to-dos... i e., after morning routine, after work, and before your evening routine and not infringing on sleep time. 2. Realistically, estimating how long it takes to do the thing, including set up and clean up time. (I then double the time, because I'm so optimistic that it will "only take 5 minutes"! ) ... By doing both of these you will notice that you schedule more than you can possibly do in a week, much less in a day. You'll become less frustrated with yourself for failing to complete today's list. 💖🌞🌵😷
