- Hello my friends!
Summer has come, I can finally relax and make more videos for my channel. Thank you for all the warm comments under my May video. This month I made a video in the same diary format. Today I will update you on the situation with my exams, tell you about my first experience of dealing with electricians, and show you some remarkable places of Khabarovsk. You will see our City Ponds, Glory Square, Amur River and a nice dwelling that I can afford after graduation.

About myself My name is Natasha, I live in the Far East of Russia in the city of Khabarovsk, but originally I'm from a small town Spassk-Dalny. Currently I'm studying Linguistics in a university in Khabarovsk. I like languages and learning about different cultures. On this channel I'm making videos about life in Russia, our traditions and my traveling in Russian cities. Welcome, and let's explore Russia together! #yeahrussia
Just be yourself because we've all fallen in love with you. I do like the "walk and talk" parts of your videos.
Khabarovsk is the part of Mordor 🙄
True.
I admit that I like the way Natasha talks. Very fast and interesting.
she's very alluring.
Yes ❤️
May I date you sweetheart 😘
There is something lovely about a CZcamsr that just shares their life with you in an unpretentious way. So many people your age around the world are making vacuous content but you just put out these genuine, thoughtful videos. It's awesome. :)
An astute observation!.
100% you’re totally right. I love watching relatable content.
She's the genuine article. She doesn't feel she needs to don makeup, and of course it ain't necessary . Good for her. The young ladies from the west are less likely want to shoot without their makeup .
Yep. Completely agree. It's refreshing.
😊
Genuine content like this is so desirable in a world of increasing fakeness. I just found your channel, I hope you keep making more videos. Greetings from Jalisco, Mexico
Agree. It is a diverse world and most of it good. I am an American that has lived in Jalisco and many other parts of the world. I find good people in most places. And find it enlightening to see this video.
Hola Jalisco!
@@fredread9216 Hola Fred!! Cheers my friend!

The best part about your videos is the calm way you narrate. Unlike a lot of vloggers who just yell to catch your attention and keep it, you let us absorb the surroundings, the sounds, and sights. No BGM is another plus.
Happy views, ignore how evil they are ?
Whyy stay evil ?
An old homeless guy in California absolutely adores your videos in the streets! They are gifts that I can't repay!
Stay safe man
Sorry to hear of your situation guy.
Praying for you! God bless 🙏♥️
I'll pray for you, man.

“A window to the world and a hole in the wall” - pure poetry, beautiful.
There used to be time 30 or so years ago when the Russians were seen in the West as a humorless people. It's good the internet and YT have dispelled that mistaken stereotype.
@@paulohagan3309 the West constantly lies about Russia. This is envy.
Today, all the official Western media say only 100% lies about Russia.
@@user-si2dr1pn3p Well, I heard about the various Russians who had the cool minds not to fire nukes under pressure, the Russians triumphs in space, phage research (all of Eastern Europe as well), dashas and other good things about Russia.
I once saw a documentary about Russian ingenuity during the Cold War when trade with the West was restricted and they had to come up with their own technological solutions.
I saw another documentary about World TV and the episode on Russian TV where they had a lot of uplifting cultural material such as opera and classical music(whether the general Russian/USSR population was interested in that, I don't know but it was put in front of them. One was given the impression that they were a generally cultural people).
Yes, there was propoganda, hysteria and distortions but it's not true that the picture about Russia/USSR was completely negative.
@@paulohagan3309 even positive information about Russia is accompanied by negative comments in the Western media. And even your comment confirms my words. You have listed small moments from the life of a great magnificent country with a great ancient history and culture. Russia is ahead of the West in many ways. Therefore, the West envies and lies about Russia.
And one more thing: did you follow the fate of those people who gave these positive reports about Russia? Even I know of several cases lately when Western journalists and politicians have become outcasts in the West because they spoke well about Russia. The West is waging a tough information war against Russia. And not only informational, but also political, economic, psychological, trade, etc. Russophobia is a very profitable business for Western corrupt officials.
@@user-si2dr1pn3p In what ways is Russia ahead of the west? I'm not being mean or dishonest, I'm really curious about that? Because it is really hard to find true informations about Russia, without speaking russian or being from Russia.
And if you are talking about the west, do you mean in general, or some country in particular (for example the US)? Because the level of education, development, infrastructure, economy, corruption, employment, civil rights etc is VERY different in the different countries in the west.
My dad was a translator and he traveled to Russia a lot back when I was younger. He brought back toys, souvenirs and candies from Russia. He passed away several years ago. Your videos make me miss my dad a lot. I really enjoy watching your videos and your narrative of your daily life in Russia. One day, I will visit Russia :-)
You are clearly a very good linguist. Knowing three languages that have very different alphabets is really something. Well done! That looks like a nice city to live in.
My mum was russian and russian are very skilled in languages i speak fluently and read french russian farsi ( iranian) english and spanish...and i understand a bit of german and swedish too...
I love how you are focusing on people in the backyard reacting to you filming.
I agree! The waving guy😄lol
I love that too!@
Haha me too that is definitely part of her style of filming and adds to the video 👍
At 78, I realize you have many years ahead. Your upbeat attitude is good. Keep it upbeat. Don’t be discouraged by small setbacks that may seem insurmountable now to you. You will see them in better perspective later. I was born in Wisconsin and moved to South Carolina to attend college. I studied Architecture but could not finish. When I went to work at an electric utility helping build two nuclear power plants, I found my role in designing temporary facilities and using what I had learned to produce drawings for buildings, their locations, and even a temporary railroad that along with some of the buildings became permanent. You have a vast future in front of you which will encompass all of your experiences to date. Good luck.
'Don’t be discouraged by small setbacks that may seem insurmountable now to you.'
100%. At 36 I laugh when I think about how difficult some things seemed to me 10 years ago
I only just found your videos on August 2, I must say you are a breath of fresh air to watch your wonderful videos. I may never get to Russia but I feel I know much more now after watching your recordings. My wife & I hosted a 17 year old Russian girl from Krasnoyarsk for 10 months in our local High School. She was a wonderful ambassador from your country and changed a lot of my American friends who had negative opinions of Russia. They saw that people are good no matter where they are from. Yulia was with us in 1994 and we still keep in touch.
In case it hasn’t been said, this channel is brilliantly wholesome! Goes to show many of our basic needs/ desires are the same (Fn governments). Thanks for, and keep sharing, snippets of life there.

I am old and can't travel any more so I watch CZcams "travel" videos as much as possible. I enjoy when you're walking around and showing "landmarks" that I can search out and locate on Google Earth, between the two I probably learn more than if I was visiting and just driving around. I wish you well and look forward to your future "travel about" videos.

I've failed to get my bachelor's degree (mostly due to financial reasons) so I can totally relate. I love your channel and I'm very impressed with your English. Please keep doing what you're doing in triumph and in failure because you are an inspiration and I'm sure you have fans all over.
Love both walking and at home chill formats! And by the way, I love it that you’ve found a good headspace and you understand the importance of a small break! One door closes and another opens! I’m sure your not rushed grad paper will be much more elaborate and deeper than the previous one! Stress+life affected you on that one, but now you look much more relaxed and comfortable! Best. Xx
I think you have a good mix of inside and outside shots. You should do what seems appropriate. As someone else noted about the church, maybe you can consider that a challenge, and keep asking to get into them. :)
The main thing is to have some fun with it and be creative. Your feelings are part of what makes the story interesting. It's also good to hear about the challenges you face, and what sorts of things a person might encounter in Russia. Basically, IMO just keep doing what you're doing.
i couldnt agree more
Maybe just ask for the blessing of the priest, I’m pretty sure at least one will be happy to grant it. :)
i agree with you
If Orthodox is like Roman Catholic I don’t know of any “rules” against filmmaking or secrets to keep. Maybe the priest is just protecting the dignity and sanctity of the church.
I agree!
"I'm ok...this is my usual facial expression." The way you talk about yourself is the best part of your videos. I find it entertaining. Don't change. See you next time, Natasha.
I think there was a few extra degrees of smile in this vlog. It looked good on you. Pleased that you managed to pass the Chinese exam. Please rework your thesis to satisfy yourself. You never know, you might be able to submit it again at some point.
@@delukxy Yes, six months later. :)
I love the fact that she is just walking and talking and everything seems to be so spontaneous. I love her frugality and the way she looks at daily chores. She seems to be so real. She reminds me of the good old days when I did not have a penny in my pocket yet I did not feel poor. Needles to say I would like to see her succeed in life. It's just the feeling she conveys in her videos that brings back longing memories.
To be honest, this channel is the only thing that has brought me a sense of peace the last few months. If we could all look around and see the joy and beauty of the small things around us, there would be no need for all the horrible things that happen. Thank you Natasha. You are inspired
Hi Natasha, I like a variety of backdrops. It's interesting to see the country as a whole, but also to see the personal circumstances of people living in other countries.
I keep thinking back to that creepy drunk guy that followed you a few videos back. Nobody, woman or man, should have to put up with that sort of behavior. Stay safe xx
I'm glad to see the weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Greetings from Spain.
I really appreciate that you didn’t add any background music in the video. Just your calming voice and presence. Thanks for the video Natasha. Much love from South Korea!
Agreed. Western videos, especially here in America, has such gaudy annoying techno music. This is very refreshing.
Natasha, I got so much enjoyment from watching your content. You are a very intelligent person - you English is amazing.
Film anywhere. Russia and the stories you tell, are the reason I watch your videos.
you should watch: Real russia ,channel and his unedited, uncut live channel: Baklykov. Live , i like it a lot more as he is more mature/established, knows more things
Natasha, you are a treasure!
This girl probably does not realize how adorable she appears to western people,
She's incredibly adorable. It would probably puzzle the hell out of her.
She is an incredible daughter to someone who must be very proud of her. Keep going. You're doing great and loved/admired by many who wish they had a daughter like she is. Even though she complains, she is a good citizen of her country and definitely a role model for others.
es she is adorable but she has a rebel side that wants better life for russians she got to live in minnesota with an exchange family probably had money so compared to regular people looks great i see therussian places she goes its sad seems very poor she said she was in hollywood hills for xmas thats unrealistic wealth anywhere but california the best houses within 30 miles are half as much as there only on the shores of lake michigan do they go above 2 million those are amazing
@@kennethdonaldson3087 Lake Michigan??? Thats a ghetto compared to the homes/prices on the California shore or here on Cape Cod
Time for Natasha to put up a new video. She is very likeable, pragmatic, quirky, funny without knowing it. I think she closely exemplifies the ethos of Russian people.
I don't know how I got here, but finding this channel was a lovely surprise. Sending love from Brazil, Natasha!
I like looking at the scenery when you’re walking around outside. It’s totally the opposite of what I was picturing.
When you walk around and pan the camera I always look for things that are in the background. To me the background can be very interesting and informative. So yes I like the outside video so I can learn as much as possible about Russia. The inside videos are wonderful to show "a day in the life" of how you live, survive and interact with neighbors. It pleases me to see Russia as a friendly country with friendly people. I hope you see the U.S.A. as friendly!!
I also look for people in the background and wonder what they life's are like who they love and what are they problems
Hello hell hound. I’m also looking for the background details. But what I have seen yesterday, about Philadelphia, it just blown my mind. It looks like a Hollywood horror movie. Faceless people on the street, and on drug. So many twisted and lost souls on just one street. So, this is the number one country on the earth?? And here coms a young Russian women, showing us around different city’s in her homeland. She is a fresh breath of air compare to others. But what is even more shocking for me, those city’s or towns she introduces to us, are in a lot better shape than the famous Philadelphia, which at least four songs was written about. What a shame on the USA!!!
I spied a KFC in the background. They're everywhere, about a million in China even.
@@bubamaranovichok4901 People needs wisdom and strong legs to carry wealth!
@@bubamaranovichok4901 Before Covid, I was passing through San Francisco and saw drug addicts lying on the streets, everywhere there were human escalations. There is no such thing in Russia.
"We have a window to the world... and a hole in the wall" That was absolutely brilliant! That had be rolling on the floor laughing the way you put those two segments together.
I love your story telling. The part about getting on the wrong bus twice I can identify with. My wife and I (when we were dating in university), did that a few times and ended up in parts of the city that were pretty scary! LOL. Keep your mix of inside and outside video. It is perfect. Cheers from Canada.
Perfect balance of outdoors and indoor filming. For those who can't or won't travel, it is nice to see Russia from your street view. Great video.
