I've had melasma on my overlip for many years. My skintone is pretty dark even though I'm I'm Scandinavian😉 . I have a time with a dermatologist because , with age I find it getting darker. I've had it since I was in my teens (now 37). I have thos terrible addiction, smoking and I do know it makes it worse, but still. I've used suncream, factor 50, but still, it get worse with age
Thank you for taking the time to share your story. Have you found anything that helps even in the slight?
Wishing you wellness. 🙏🏽
@@ArsalanAspires ill wait until I've talked to the dermatologist. Here in Denmark we have very strict laws when it comes to medicine creams ore creams that "actually work". We can't buy them over the counter , we need a prescription, so I have to see a doctor ( 5th of October). Will update you on the result. 😀
@Kk Khan thank you. If only i could show you a pic.
@Kk Khan how to do with the potato?
@Kk Khan just a quick question. When I'm done with my treatment. It will be like a chemical burn. I'll have to use it for about 2 months. Every night before bed and just normal skin rutine in the mornings and sun protection. Will it not just come back . I've been to the dermatologist, sinceI we wrotelast. Mine is hereditary and also because I had to use birth control in a young age, do to strong menstrual pain.

Hi Doctor, I'm taking a break from the HQ, what products would you recommend I use to wean myself off it? I'm tired of breaking the bank on these expensive/high end products. Thank you!
Alpha arbutin has been a great alternative as well as a method to slowly wean off since it is still a tyrosinase inhibitor, but to a lesser extent than HQ. For about 10$ you can find one from The Ordinary. Not sponsored.
Above all, refer to your local dermatologist for a thorough analysis. In the meantime check out my video on Alpha Arbutin as well as vitamin c serum.

I am a 68 year old male. I am a wheat complex skin type person but now my face and forehead is having heavy pigmentation patches and forehead area is almost dark in colour and since my head is bald , the black colour is slowly spreading in to head other areas.

Can I ask what product you're talking about at 5:24 when you say, 'I'd personally recommend to use it as a final step in your skincare routine to prevent it from smearing?' #confused
Thanks for any clarification.

Triluma made it 10 times worse. I don’t understand, my dermatologist said this cream is the golden standard, it looked amazing while using, but next day after stopping it, it got immediately dark
It can be difficult to ascertain the modalities that come with treatment. Hopefully you have found some results?
Triluma is not a good treatment for dark skin.
