Yup! Select a clip and then hold the Option (Mac) / Alt key (Windows) while pressing the up or down arrow key.

Hey can I move source patching toggle with shortcut key like track target toggle you did move with the f1 f2
any keyboard shortcuts for assigning source patching? That would be really helpful
Yes! I don't use them much, but you can right-click at the very left of the timeline (to the left of the lock icon) and you'll see options to save/manage source presets.
You can also go to the Premiere Pro menu at the top left of the application, select Keyboard shortcuts, and then search for "source" and you'll see some related commands that you can set keys to.
