Was Congress Secular according to Jinnah?

Dr. Taimur Rahman explains that for Mohammed Ali Jinnah, the Congress was not a secular party. In his view, the creation of Pakistan became necessary because Congress was a party of Hindu domination.
Whether that is correct or incorrect is a separate debate. But we must correctly understand the reason for the creation and justification for Pakistan as envisaged by M. Ali Jinnah.
