This is such great book. The only thing i do not agree with is the conditions for meditation. I have experienced otherwise. Not too much food helps. Fasting helps. But mostly the inner urge to seek truth. I believe that is the greatest condition. Then you can do it even during your daily activities.
When the body suffers the will to live becomes stronger. The body becomes more sensitive. And weak. More vulnerable to things. The mental constructs of the mind no longer hinder true expression. And the soul is allowed to synch with the mind and the body.

@@TElias5 i like to separate the belief of God and the belief in the gospels. I believe many truths can be found there, but there are major issues with the scriptures and the teachers. This guide in my eyes is slightly elevated becuase it gives the message without the countless murder of humans, children, and anmials as a result in not applying its teachings

Even though it may be algorithms and such technological AI’s but gosh we formed those things of what the Divine has created. So is it not to be manipulated in any way the Divine sees fit. I find it sad to just chalk it up to some AI in some basement somewhere in nowhere Arkansas no way let it never be so. It’s my opinion that we owe or Creator a lot more credit than that. What appears dark or manipulative has got divine puppet strings attached always, the dark serves the light via pushing soul's towards the light but the divine I feel can easily manipulate electronics, being objects of frequency in a universe that's completely created of frequency at all levels, those who are ready will find that what they need will find them..
