When you pray you are to believe you’ve received it already . So you pray like this , thank you Father for…. State what you want. Then say I am grateful, in Jesus name I pray amen . Now believe you have received it and yes I’ve done it for others, it works every time when I do it for another person .

To me it sounds like all the things we’re trying to manifest are already ours, but the process of manifesting opens the door.

Call a local real estate agency and ask them directly. Big agencies often have training programs right in their offices.
You go to a state-certified Real estate school. (As the other poster said, most Real Estate agencies will know where the closest is for you.) The school will help you pass the Real Estate boards in your area. If you live close to a state line, Check into what it takes for dual agency. To study, you may find a bunch of videos on CZcams university. There are study guides in your local library too. The test is not easy, but with good study efforts, it can be done. Good luck!
