    2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
    2 tbsp. Soy sauce
    2 tbsp. Fish sauce
    2 tbsp. Palm sugar
    1 tsp. Dark soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. Baking soda
    1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
    1 pc. Coriander root
    2 cloves. Garlic
    1 tsp. Black peppercorn
    🟠Sauce
    3 tbsp. Fish sauce
    2 tbsp. Tamarind juice
    1/2 tbsp. Palm sugar
    2 tbsp. Lime juice
    Sliced shallot
    Coriander leaf
    Culantro leaf

    I use this recipes on my pork chops. Looks like I need to go a little longer on broiling to get them more brown. But pork came out moist and on the sweet side. The sourness of the sauce contrasts the pork. I will use less sauce on my meat the next time around. Pretty delicious:) Thank you.

      Think bake at 320*F for the first 20 mins then broil at 365*F for 10 more mins. I find that I may need to go a little longer on broil to get it more brown for my pork chops.

    Tq fr sharing! But may I know why my pork didn't turn out as charred looking as yours? I followed your temperature and duration and even tried increasing the oven temperature past 200 degrees..

      Your oven may not have the grill function that my oven did if not you can grill on a BBQ ☺️

      It's depend in quality of Palm sugar the one I use is very local but it only one I can find here macau ,can also use the hard and sometime hard palm sugar is better quality 😊

      It's a paste. Most asian groceries have it, but you have to know where to look for. mostly in a bag, or just ask the staff.

      Some comes in plastic bag or jar. Usually a good quality one is more soft & moist and have no other added ingredients.

    This is how moo yang should look, not like this horrible version I just bought from the only Thai restaurant in Eureka, CA. Every restaurant in this town is AWFUL. The way she makes it in this video is what I was craving.
