She goes to my school, it's so cool to see her get appreciated. Especially since our school is pretty small in our conference, girls basketball is now a trademark of Hopkins. She's helped create an atmosphere around girls sports that is pretty unique.
Edit: When I said we were small in our conference, I quite literally meant a physically small school. We only have around 1,500 kids to draw our sports from, so it put Hopkins at a but of a disadvantage compared to, say, Wayzata that can pull talent from 2,000+ kids. And while I recognize that Hopkins has an established basketball program that has developed D1 and NBA talent, Paige is Paige. She has something that pushes her further than a 'normal' D1 basketball player, and I just think it's cool.

@@jac.quezzz4495 I mean a physically small school lmao. Having only 1,500 kids in a school when most of the other schools in the conference have 2,500+ is somewhat of a disadvantage. Which is why I think it's really cool that Hopkins is able to build such a successful basketball program, considering that other schools might have more opportunity to build a "better" team. Idk if that makes anymore sense.
