  • Deputy Shelby Eggers, who was the other deputy wounded in the shooting, spoke in court about the night of the shooting for the first time.

The DA office is corrupt because this isn't a first degree murder period but we seen many cases that were first degree for real but the DA office charged second degree murder. Law enforcement just do whatever they want and that's why they are in that court room now because somebody didn't stand for their nonsense. This case can be looked at as a self defense case because he was being repeatedly teased which can be and have been fatal and beside all that, his Rights were violated in the first place. Some can make the argument that it was self defense because he was being teased repeatedly which can be and have been fatal and that's what the defense attorney is hinting at here. Law enforcement do whatever they want but as we all can see, sometimes it comes at a price. His Rights were being violated. Its a stretch to say he was being beaten and
'about to be killed'. Again, body and dash cam will always show the truth, and taser was used not a service weapon. With all due respect the video clearly shows Mr. Deheart chose to not get out of the car after repeated requests looking very guilty. I would think if one thinks African Americans are wantonly killed by police then why not follow commands, if your truly afraid of being killed then why not get out of the car, are your chances better if you resist? Why not lower your chances of being shot by co-operating? Was it worth it?Terrible choices@@Mister_Holdsworth
