Good to see Colonial Coal on an interview . I think David knows from his past experience with Western Canadian coal how this process works... This is a game of patience, which allows elections to pass, funds to flow and more players to attend the table. Having Citi group is the biggest assurance of progress. They are specialists in coal sales. Very good news for CCoal shareholders

Could anyone give some context on what David meant at 31:55 where he says once companies have a look in the data room, they cannot come back in?
Once companies sign an NDA are they only allowed one look behind the scenes and can't come back for follow ups?

It seems like once they are done in the data room and with this part of the diligence, there is no coming back. These bidders only want to look again to see how it fits with belcourt.
