Just a tenner membership and you get 10% of everything - can’t say fairer than that 🤷🏼♂️ check to see if your favourite plane is there. Chances are it will be, they’ve got a shed load (literally) of old and modern stuff.

Absolutely love ARD - the staff are brilliant! We normally visit the Heathrow branch (which is smaller) since we live south of Heathrow. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
So much cool stuff! I got my first Gemini Jets model at the Heathrow aviation fair thingy at Kempton Park racecourse last month - a nice American Airlines 777 - my fave! Was good to see the ARD folks there, and then i went to the paddock afterwards to catch the last hour of landings 😀
I've been meaning to go to the ARD showroom in person for a while, but its a bit of a trek on public transport. Thanks for the mini tour!

Thank You for sharing this video. I wish I lived closer to ARD. ✈️ They have so many cool models. I used to work in a store that had a toy department. They had diecast planes. I didn’t buy them at the time. I’m sorry now that I didn’t. I can’t find any planes anywhere close to where I live.

Loving the All White ANZ.
When I was a kid I was a guest of Air New Zealand at their base at London Gatwick airport after I wrote to airlines asking for "freebies". They invited me and my parents down to Gatwick and to their office and we watched their 747 land as it arrived on its 24 hour flight from Auckland. We were then taken through the whole boarding procedure, as if we were real passengers, and taken to tour the aircraft as it was being prepped for it's return flight. We visited First Class and the flight deck, then went down the stairs and walked under the aircraft by the front landing gear. After returning to the company office I was gifted a "leather" flight bag, personal care pouch, playing cards and a die cast scale model 747. Wouldn't happen these days of course
I visited ARD in Feb, great shop with a large variety, but the customer service was definitely lacking.
I am going to have to pay a visit. Just down the road from me. I wonder if they have a Langley Hurricane, also Tempest and Sea Fury were build here.
