    47 years later ... Cambridge Park is finally a destination for retail shoppers and trades alike. Kingston and Brighton are also obvious hot spots of development. There was some amazing foresight back then.

    The old York Park (UTAS Stadium) at 8:11 in the bottom left corner.
    Still has the old stand and pavilion in place on the wing (it was demolished in 1973).

    Warrane median house price in 2021 around $500,000. Well who’d of thought that possible.
