Fable Anniversary INFINITE GOLD EXPLOIT + Works for HEROIC MODE!!!

- This is an exploit I learned from a subscriber, that is specific to Fable Anniversary, and also works in heroic mode as well.
On top of this exploit being used for infinite money, it can be easily utilized in reverse, to get infinite potions in heroic mode, as in heroic mode potions are very scarce with most shops only carrying one or two every 3 days.
Because this glitch exploits the GUI (graphical user interface) of the trading screen, it is specific to fable anniversary, as the trade screen is much different in the original version of the game.
Anyways I hope this exploit helps you guys out, as it will definitely be helping me out in my heroic mode journeys :D

Now can you go to the sell tab, click on one of your items and go to the buy option and sell an item you can buy

So lets say you have 1500 exp, enough for a spell that costs 1000xp, but you want a spell that costs 60,000xp (it would have to be at the top of the list I think too), you would click the spell that costs 1000xp to bring up the dropdown menu that says "buy for 1000xp"or whatever, then click over to the tab that has the spell you want (but can't afford) for 60,000xp and it will let you buy that spell, but it will still spend 60,000 xp
So now you have -59,000xp and you can't spend any experience on anything (spells, strength, skill doesn't matter) until you "pay off" this xp debt

Honestly not sure since heroic doesn't have them I didn't get a chance to test it for this video

Yeah they are removed from heroic mode completely to add to the challenge lol
Unfortunately even though you can make it so that you sell for example 234 resurrection phials you can only have a maximum of 9 at all times in your inventory

That should be the only version it works on.
@@PTMG but in the shop i am unable to use my mouse to navigate through the options, i have to use the number pad to shuffle between the inventory and shop windows.

Do you have any controllers plugged in? If not check your control configuration. As far as I know the default settings should be what I have, I don't recall having to change anything
Sadly this doesn't work for TLC, the original, or anniversary on the xbox
Yeah I didn't consider at first it doesn't work for xbox since you need to be able to click tabs
Although is there not a way to hookup keyboard and mouse to xbox? I feel like playstation has that option
@@PTMG they don't have Fable for the playstation. But, sadly, I dont think there's a way to use keyboard and mouse on Xbox. I might be able to on Anniversary? I'll check next time I'm at my house.
I always thought that was odd considering that all consoles switched to literally USB ports, and they were basically just stripped down computers. Xbox especially being pretty much an extension of windows 10 at this point you would expect to be able to plug whatever the fuck you want into that bitch and have it work.
Maybe they are just worried the PC nazis will come to xbox live with their mice and keyboards and occupy the servers, annihilating KDRs of every controller player on the planet.
Plok get the sword of aeons early and usee this glitch to try to sell large amounts of the sword
You just gave me an idea though
I'm not sure if or what stores will purchase the sword of aeons, but it could be a good way to get both the sword of aeons as well as avos tear.
So basically what you would do (theoretically of course, as long as you CAN actually sell it to a shopkeeper) is get the sword of aeons early, then right before the battle with jack of blades, you would sell it to the shopkeeper, then you would fight jack of blades, take his version of the sword of aeons, and cast it into the portal destroying it, which would allow you to obtain avos tear after the end of the game.
After the fight you would go back to the shopkeeper, and re purchase the sword, then go get avos tear and boom you should have both.
I definitely want to try this now, because if it actually works, it could be a game changer, since as far as I know the only way to get both swords is through save file manipulation, which of course you can only do on PC and is far from an organic playing method, as you have to literally shuffle around game files.
