Early in his carer, AB WAS a superstar.
He had it all. Power, speed, charisma, and heart. The only thing was his discipline. Sad.
Ponce De Leon fight showed me Broner wasn't as advertised. He really lost that fight to a smaller man.

That Maidana fight had a mental effect on AB! Post trauma from that fight, lack of discipline/focus, and bam you see the decline! AB was cold though at some point in time! Still a big fan!!! 😎💪💯🎯

Yea Shawn porter said it correctly. Mentally Ab was actually biting down and putting his self out there more .. but when he actually do decide to leave it all in the ring his body wasn’t able to keep up and his skills wasn’t there like they should’ve been bc he haven’t been perfecting his craft. You have to have everything on point and aligned. Mental, body, and emotional. He should’ve came into camp already with the weight gone.

That's crazy to say AB wanted to win to impress Tank being in Tank's camp the facts are AB wasn't sharp & he switched camps & trainers & having new trainers for only 5 weeks is not enough. Maybe if he had a tune up & then fought Cobbs in a full Camp with Team Haney he might've won.

Good suggestion about him breaking into Hollywood. I can definitely see him being on BMF with a fur coat, chains and grills in a club . Excellent suggestion. However comma before Broner moves on to the next phase of life, I want to see him go MIA for 1 year. During this year, I want him to pray, fast, and read his Bible. I want him to find his true, God given PURPOSE. All of the tough guy antics to sell a fight, " I got real shooters in here, all I have to do is point and they blow", that hood stuff is over. He should surround himself with individuals who speak PURPOSE. They say that when ex NBA player Gilbert Arenas retired, he would wake up at 3 AM and drive. This was because after all the hundreds of millions he made in the NBA , he had no PURPOSE. HE didn't know what the hell to do with his life . Once basketball was over, he was empty. This could be AB. This fall, I want to see AB's picture on every milk carton at Walmart, because no one has seen him, and he's been searching for purpose.
