- so in this video im showing a different issue with a fuel pump system. everything works fine and all the reading are perfect and the power supply is perfect, but you just cant get the pump to work. try this before you replace the pump. ive been fighting this for few days and i just figured out the issue. hopefully it helps
Thank you so much. This is exactly what happened to mine, I was about to tear down the gas tank and I watched this video. I can’t again thank you enough!!
Good find on this buddy,
You have a ground going from right side of engine block in front of the starter to the frame. That ground wire disintegrates.
That’s where the issue is
I just wanted to say thinks your Ford fusion power steering fix helped alot I was gonna comment there but you have it turned off but anyway thanks again 🙌
Same situation with my vehicle. Thanks this will give me a good idea
Great upload !
Had 02 Avalanche 1/2 broken single ground (black) frame behind driver seat. Wire brushed the 3 grounds before also and replaced the engine ground to frame/body like new again👍
Happy this video helped
Hey thanks for the video I'm having same problem with a 98 cutaway
me too
Im commenting in regards to the 2012 Ford Fusion Project! Im currently waiting the 6hr reset. I was wondering if u could clear wat u said about the scan tool. Can it be reset with scan tool or not
What if you dont have power to the fuse ?
Will this work same van but 2003
Thanks for the video! My dad has one of these the interior of the car smells like gas and it’s really bothering him. He’s tried fixing it and it still smells. Do you think the fuel pressure regulator if changed will fix the issue? He’s getting really bad side affects from the gas smell inside the cargo van. Thank you
I dont think the regulator will change the smell of gas in the car. Does he have any evap codes? You're chasing an evap leak or small exhaust leak. You can check for leaks with a smoke test.
Great job!
