Buchteln (Austrian Sweet Buns) - my best recipe this time I made in the Air Fryer

A recipe for nice, soft and fragrant Buchteln (Austrian Sweet Buns). They taste perfect, and the recipe I use to make them is a true old-fashioned one. This time I decided to fry them in the Cosori Air Fryer, that is, a hot air fryer. See how they are made in the video where I provide all the details.

1 egg
40 g of sugar
7 g dry yeast
240 ml of warm milk
100 ml of oil
450 g of smooth flour
5 g of salt

Volite li svježe ispečene buhtle? 😍 Recept po kojem ih radim je pravi starinski, no ovaj put sam ih odlučila ispeći u Cosori Air Fryeru, odnosno fritezi na vrući zrak. Bila sam znatiželjna kako će ispasti, no rezultat je jednostavno savršen! Kad su buhtle gotove privlačno zamirišu po cijeloj kuhinji, pa ne čudi da je ovo jedna od najdražih zimskih poslastica. 😋👌
