Join Paige at her custom teaching barre for a 30 minute cardio barre workout that takes us back to BodyBarre® basics! No equipment necessary besides a barre, chair or countertop and a stable surface to work on. If you want more intensity, we suggest adding a set of small ankle weights... if you dare!
