Hi Gail, it's a higher shipping cost because there are no other options out of the Philippians, and they ship Fedex Express, so you get the canvas within 4 days of shipment time! It's awesome.

Round is more easier to place but have more of a faded less completed look. However, squares are more harder to place but have more of a completed look that makes colors more bold.

I ordered another which came today, 20/6/2020. I was disappointed that the canvas is not fully protected and maybe because it’s not fully sticky.
It has so many beach water ripples through it. My husband said he could stretch it out.
If I put a tea towel over my canvas would this be ok, because it is kind of thick?
I would recommend contacting the seller with pictures and getting a replacement...

Hi Rachel, this one looks amazing! I've been really enjoying your vlogs, you've really inspired me! i'm based in Scotland, i've seen some fab websites for buying diamond art but most in the USA. As you are based in Ireland can you advise please, do you get charged customs tax when ordering from abroad? Would i need to factor in the extra cost when buying kits? is it worthwhile for the extra expense? Your advise will be greatly appreciated, really itching to get buying and get started.
It really depends on the company but I've heard the UK has an extra charge for importing goods? Sorry I can't really help!

Which ones are easier square or round diamonds
Its holographic which is shifting rainbows. It shows the whole rainbow. Unlike chrome which can shift colors but isnt holographic.

Have you ever had a problem with your diamonds traveling after you place them? I went the cheap route and got a couple of kits on Amazon to see if I would like diamond painting and of course I regret not getting something better. I was just wondering if the higher quality kits do what my kits do...after I place a diamond sometimes it tends to migrate some across the glue and makes for crooked pieces.
Depending on the glue, sometimes the drills move... I've heard the best thing to do is let the glue air out for a while.

Rachel Rae I wanted to ask you where the best place is to purchase a custom diamond painting. Where do you do your customs?
When I took the plastic off half way on my painting and than recovered it, the plastic literally like glued it self to the painting, I had to rip it off and buy glue and reapply glue to my painting cuz the plastic like took half the glue off when I was trying to pull it off lol. Do you know what I could have done wrong?

I placed a order and one week later they email me to tell me 1 of the 3 items I ordered was on the way ? But not my dimond painting ? So I emailed them back to ask why and it was a automated email telling me they will respond within 48 hours ? They did not get back to me still I have not herd off of them !.
Update still have not received anything or been able to talk to them .

How can you tell if it's poured glue? I didn't notice it in descriptions of paintings I buy. Thank you.
It's not always mentioned in the description. If it comes with a clear film cover, it's poured glue.

I cut it up in small pieces and place it in any containers with static issues.
I was on DIYmoon shop when you were unboxing and I was on Howie Green's painting! Does it indicate somewhere if their kit receives "special treatment"?
Yes it says in the title but you can order special diamonds separately and place them as you wish 😊
I was looking at the shop and for the special treatment it has a v 1,2 and 3 and I don't know what that means can someone explain
I think it's 1, 2, and 3 extra diamond types. Maybe send the company a message just to make sure :)

Hey hi I need some help please, I’m totally new to this and actually I bought my paintings last year. Anyway after watching your videos I was like omgoshhhh I need to get into the attic and pull the painting out. So I started just now and some of my tiles are flat at the top and some have the cut edges all the way round. Do I use both or leave out the ones that have a flat top? I mean some of these beads are round too... like I’m confused do I just all of them or have I been ripped off? Any help appreciated

From CZcams? There are lots of great videos from the CZcams Creator Studio to help you get started. It takes a lot of work but it is rewarding.
