I have just finished it, I'm drowning in sweat 😰, as its a really hot day here too So loved this one today, my whole body is feeling it Those walls sits my legs and glutes where burning but I kept the hold right to the end I even improved on my push ups today so chuffed with myself as I could do most of them in proper form and not on knees to the end of each round 💪 This, was awesome workout today so enjoyed it Thank you Caroline for a brilliant 1 hour workout today ❤️

This was SO GOOD! I really enjoy your long, low impact workouts. Also what it makes it more fun is to see that you haven't cut out on imperfections in the videos, e.g. like the balance on the 1 knee bent squats, we can see you are REAL and authentic, like one of us, and we love you even more! Excellent Tova! I have just penciled plan for HIIT on Sunday and there is no jumping coincidentally so you may like it! However, no jumping doesn’t mean it’ll be a any easier!! 😉😆
If I can't walk tomorrow I know who to blame! Fine on the core - but the legs, yow! (BTW I once took on some of the postdocs and graduate students at Oxford Uni to see who could plank longest - not an official thing, during a drinking session. I lasted 15 minutes and was only beaten by a Russian male student a couple of decades younger than me! I was 46 years old at the time, now 48 and still going strong). Thanks Caroline your workouts are a real challenge though and I love them :)
Friday Full Body Completed. Plank held althoughthere are a lot of ABS so your little core is tested 🔥🔥🔥. Loved the balance sets and I am really suprised that my balance was quite good 😉 The middle section is testing 💪💪💪especailly as yesterday I completed that amazing arm workout so they were a little fatigued 😩 but all completed and love working chest uneven as you really feel the stretch. 401 cals 🔥 So again thank you Caroline for another great week of amazing workouts. OMG! After 2 weeks on the road what a workout. After the "halfway through" mark I thought I can't finish it but again I did it and afterwards it feels so good!
So nice ! I really appreciate that you change the format (not all legs, then all arms, then abs), it's surprising 😀 And I'm quite proud of myself : I didn't fall during balance poses, and didn't use the wall😀
Hi Caroline. Just done this...brilliant as always. There really was something of everything in here...plenty of press-ups, squats and lunges but also some good balancing moves. I think these are so important for working smaller muscles which we sometimes neglect but are so important for stabilising joints. I loved the repeated abs sequences...they made the time go past really quickly...but also made the 2 minute plank harder this time I found!! Glad this was low impact as it is really hot here...predicted to be 35 or 36 this afternoon. Another brilliant workout from you, Caroline. Hope you have a lovely weekend. Matthew

Oh Caroline!! 😍 We don’t like to do bodyweight workouts because we felt that it would not be intense enough for what we needed... boy were we WRONG! Was able to do the plank challenge successfully(first tym 2 mins straight)😅.It says low impact , but it doesn't mean that it is easy trust me did her previous 1 hr workouts low impact no jumping still intense and challenging.😅✌️🔥
This full body workout is awesome the way you use natural body exercises to work every muscle. You have balance and flexibility and endurance and strength. You are well adjusted in your fitness program. You are inspirational to watch, and you are also exciting to watch. Your videos are a learning experience.

Amazing Caroline!! I did this this morning in 28 degrees.... Upper body crushed!!.. I thought I was good a press ups, until You!!...Grrrr. You push and push and push... And it is worth it!! Love it Keep up the good work!!

Hello Caroline. Thanks for your workout videos. As a fitness novice I have found them invaluable as I otherwise don't know what I am doing. Therefore I treat your workout regiment as the holy grail. Sometime ago you posted a recommended workout schedule that included rest days but yet you post a video every single day. This has left me scrambling to keep up with your daily videos. Do you take any rest day?
Hello! Super to hear you learning lots! Yes rest days are important... I normally train 5-6 days but have been training every day since sharing these workouts however most days it is 15 minutes or 20 minutes so not excessive for me. Cx
I loove these!! I do them every friday/saturday now. I have to say, I was intimidated at first as I haven't done a 1hr workout in a while, but these are structured so nicely, time really flies by. Great work and thank you, Caroline

Sehr gut geeignet auch für Menschen mit Knieproblemen. Mir gefallen zwar auch alle anderen Programme von Frau Girvan außerordentlich gut, aber insbesondere die Burbee-lastigen in Verbindung mit Springen, gehen doch ganz schön auf die Gelenke ( zumindest ab einem bestimmten Alter🙄😀)

Hey Caroline! Love your programs. Nothing hits like your workouts which is why I have a request for you. Could you please make a program with resistance bands? Love the dumbbell workouts but they're at home and I mostly live in a hostel in a different city. And I don't really enjoy bodyweight workouts so... It would mean the world to me.
Fantastic workout! You are the queen of pushups! I have done more pushups this week thanks to your workouts than I used to do in like two months haha. My shoulders were screaming at me during the plank today. Since doing your workouts, it's amazing how much increasing pushups helps in overall strength and in all exercises- except for today when I made myself so sore 🤣 Anyways, I need to go on Amazon and buy yoga blocks. So since I don't have any, I elevated my heels on dumbbells for the first couple of squats. Then I used a large cookbook for the pushups and a stair in my living room for the elevated lower body exercises. Worked just fine! Thanks so much for a lovely Friday morning workout 😘♥️

What i REALLY loved about this workout is after you could go for a nice walk or like i did ride your bike AND PLEASE talk more about NUTRITION that's very important.

Can feel increase in core strength esp when I try any balancing poses. They are so much easier now than when I had started a few months ago. Plus ur workouts help me with my Yoga poses... Thanks so much Caroline, that was really challenging and I'm surprised to finish as the legs were blowing-up early after yesterday's leg session at the gym (the 1st abs set saved me). I especially loved (or hated?) the unilateral leg exercises as they tested my bad ankles without the pain from higher-impact workouts and jumping, although a chair was needed to keep balance a few times. After just 3 of your workouts I'm very impressed by both the variety and level of difficulty so please keep them coming. You deserve more subscribers too as the channel already seems superior to those that are similar yet more popular. Thanks again!!!

Awesome! Love that you didn't do a ton of rounds. I lose interest after a couple rounds. This was challenging and not boring. The hour flew. My legs are quite shaky. Could you do no repeat or just 2 rounds of weights and cardio workouts that are about 45 minutes? So appreciate your great form and enthusiasm.

Hello Caroline. Thanks for your workout videos. As a fitness novice I have found them invaluable as I otherwise don't know what I am doing. Therefore I treat your workout regiment as the holy grail. Sometime ago you posted a recommended workout schedule that included rest days but yet you post a video every single day. This has left me scrambling to keep up with your daily videos. Do you take any rest day?

Yes rest days are important... I normally train 5-6 days but have been training every day since sharing these workouts however most days it is 15 minutes or 20 minutes so not excessive for me. Cx

Sehr gut geeignet auch für Menschen mit Knieproblemen. Mir gefallen zwar auch alle anderen Programme von Frau Girvan außerordentlich gut, aber insbesondere die Burbee-lastigen in Verbindung mit Springen, gehen doch ganz schön auf die Gelenke ( zumindest ab einem bestimmten Alter🙄😀)

Hey Caroline! Love your programs. Nothing hits like your workouts which is why I have a request for you. Could you please make a program with resistance bands? Love the dumbbell workouts but they're at home and I mostly live in a hostel in a different city. And I don't really enjoy bodyweight workouts so... It would mean the world to me.
Fantastic workout! You are the queen of pushups! I have done more pushups this week thanks to your workouts than I used to do in like two months haha. My shoulders were screaming at me during the plank today. Since doing your workouts, it's amazing how much increasing pushups helps in overall strength and in all exercises- except for today when I made myself so sore 🤣 Anyways, I need to go on Amazon and buy yoga blocks. So since I don't have any, I elevated my heels on dumbbells for the first couple of squats. Then I used a large cookbook for the pushups and a stair in my living room for the elevated lower body exercises. Worked just fine! Thanks so much for a lovely Friday morning workout 😘♥️

I do have an inner and outer thigh workout in playlist ‘bodyweight glutes’!

What i REALLY loved about this workout is after you could go for a nice walk or like i did ride your bike AND PLEASE talk more about NUTRITION that's very important.

Thanks so much Caroline, that was really challenging and I'm surprised to finish as the legs were blowing-up early after yesterday's leg session at the gym (the 1st abs set saved me). I especially loved (or hated?) the unilateral leg exercises as they tested my bad ankles without the pain from higher-impact workouts and jumping, although a chair was needed to keep balance a few times. After just 3 of your workouts I'm very impressed by both the variety and level of difficulty so please keep them coming. You deserve more subscribers too as the channel already seems superior to those that are similar yet more popular. Thanks again!!!

Awesome! Love that you didn't do a ton of rounds. I lose interest after a couple rounds. This was challenging and not boring. The hour flew. My legs are quite shaky. Could you do no repeat or just 2 rounds of weights and cardio workouts that are about 45 minutes? So appreciate your great form and enthusiasm.
