The lesson I learn from this is that, never ever let someone impregnates you when he isn't capable of being a good father and offers you marriage first. Marriage may not be a 100% assurance of someone's love, sincerity or loyalty at all time, but it helps. Pregnancy before marriage is extremely risky for the child's fate (good for those who worked things out without or before marriage though. But again, It's risky). And remember, no matter how good of a single parent you are, there will always be a lack in a child's life. Being a single parent with a valid reason such as being raped, cheated on or being abused is ok. But being a single parent due to horniness, deciding to be impregnated by someone just to fulfill a desire of raising a kid or just because you don't feel like it to continue the marriage anymore is NEVER ok. It saddens me that this is the new normal now.
