I didn't realize it adds it to the WHOLE THING unless you separate them 💀 and then I accidentally deleted an embed and , basically, I just gave up right then and there and screamed. This is so complicated for what? ;( But the video really helped a lot, at least I know how to do it now.

SAMEEE, I was trying to delete one of the embeds because the roles weren't changing but I accidentally deleted them all and had to start over ;-;
Tip for when you start the reaction roles: dup the tab you have and get rid of all except for the one you need for the reaction roles. I made that mistake but I didn't need to stress at all. Just keep dupping the tabs and send each embed off one by one :))

Anyway, by adding the role, you can do them at once and just copy them. It's only the Emojies where you need to copy each link one by one. And the good thing about it, the app won't refresh everytime yoh log out or even after you click send, so it's easy to edit then when you get se mistakes. While doing it, better keep the channel private first then just open it to everyone when you're happy with it!

i was struggling and reloaded my discord a gazillion times, because carl bot wasn't wanting to add the reaction! and then i realized that carl bot wasn't even in my roles tab! so make sure your bot is in your channel

Just a heads up, imbedding @ roles makes them lose their colour when you look at them through the mobile app (on phone/tablet) The colours are only retained when viewing them on PC.

How to you do the emoji part it doesn’t work
Quick tip- If u dont want members having more than 1 role than go and select the message type to limit and then 1, bu doing this one can only get 1 role :)

Random thing I want to say you can only see the colors on computer so if anyone in your sever is on mobile they won’t be able to see the colors
it doesnt say copy id for the copy message id part
can somebody pls help me? me and my friend have been trying for an hour to get it correct and I've watched about a thousand tutorials by now but when I put in the message id it always says it's not valid? and before you say "oh you did it wrong" no I did not. we've tried every code possible but it just doesn't work and I'm getting really annoyed.
hi, i’m a bit late but my roles message is a whole message in one. so when i try to add the reaction roles it doesn’t go on a part of the message it goes onto the whole entire message. not sure if this makes sense..? do you have any idea how to fix this?

hello, the reaction role won't work on a dummy account of mine, it won't show on their server profile the roles. Is there anyway to fix this :(( I have the unique type of message on, please help me

When I get to pasting the message link into the carlbot dashboard, it just says message ID invalid..

You have to activate the developer mode of discord. You go to settings, advanced and activate the developer mode

on Discohook, go to the bottom and there should be an add message button, click it, add a new embed, and there you go!
I spent 12 hrs doing this. Then clicked add message. Then clicked remove message. All my work was gone. I’m going to kms

Make sure to turn on developer mode at, User Settings > Advanced > Developer Mode
