Then his favorit band Skid row contacted him and he became a member. They released an album and tour the world. Erik left skid row a couple of months ago due to his immune system has been weak after the sickness. He felt he couldnt hold the band back whenever he became cold and sick when they toured. 😊

Instead, it stayed sweet for a while and then he broke out the power rock voice. And he did the key change so beautifully. This is one of the most awesome performances I have ever heard.

I would say, most rock and metal singers have an extremely good vocal control and vocal ability. They can sing anything, high and low, and it doesn't sound stupidly flat as when pop artists try to sing power metal. Erik Grönwall is epicly good.

In fact Elvis wanted to cover it but his manager insisted that he get a writing credit. Dolly said no way. Elvis did not write any of his songs but his manager got him writing credit on several of them. The song writer would agree because they figured that if Elvis sang their song it might be a hit.

In older rock/metal (70's/80's) it wasn't to unusual for the singers to go really high, like for example Ronnie James Dio from Rainbow and Dio (and a stint in Black Sabbath) or Rob Halford from Judas Priest.
The sound in the room you speak in sounds like it looks like. It echoes since you have nothing on the walls and no furniture. You should fix that for a better sound.
