They can't make a DLC out of Lambda. Mainly because of what they're doing to Nu by removing mode shifts where Lambda now has Luna and Nu keeps Dia while both of them are getting changes that make them work as standalone characters. Otherwise if they did make it a DLC for Lambda, welp, salty tears by us small Lambda and Nu community.
I absolutely love the story of Blazblue. However, I can't STAND that the story leaves in a cliff hanger at the end of Chrono Phantasma. I haven't seen all of XBlaze yet so I don't know what events transpire that connect to Blazblue, but Arc System Works can totally make another one or two games that are part of the Blazblue series that are based upon the cliff hanger that was left by Chrono Phantasma. All that we know (or at least I know as I haven't completely caught up with XBlaze) is that Ragna is missing and out of control, Jin is in really bad shape because of Ragna (again) but Noel attained minor injuries. The story picks back up where the cliff hanger left off explaining the situation that Jin and Noel are in and continues on with the talk between Rachel and Celica. Then that would mark the beginning of Blazblue: Caliginous Ultimatum (tried to stick with the name of the secondary title starting with a C. Caliginous being another term for dark. As Noel was the "Calamity Trigger" in the first game and Celica was the "Chrono Phantasma", Ragna would be the "Caliginous Ultimatum". When the heroes begin the search for Ragna, the other guys begin to try to stop them and run down the clock for the time that Ragna dies. In the mean time, the hold that the Imperator has on Ragna begins to turn him into (or at least half of) a Black Beast as he is the body of the Beast mentioned by Nu towards the end of the story when she explains how a Beast is born. Though he is only half of the Black Beast, he would still be a devastating force that could destroy the world. And also the creation of more games would include more room for explanation about many other situations (ex. Carl and Relius turning Ada back to normal and Litchi turning Arakune back into Roy and even if Jubei actually died when attacked by Nine), as well as leave room for many new characters both good and evil, although there is a good chance that they won't fit as significantly into the story as the original characters from Calamity Trigger and Continuum Shift. Arc System Works can definitely go a whole lot further and make the story even more awesome. The enemy is still at large and Ragna is at the brink of death and completely out of control over himself. It is up to everyone to find Ragna and bring him back (SPOILER ALERT!!! and there is the whole matter of Nu brutally killing Tsubaki because she thinks that Ragna is with her as a couple [which explains Hakumens hatred towards Murakumo Units]). Come on Arc System Works! We believe you can make the story go on again, and re-ignite the hearts of the people! Let the burning flame of passion rise up and take hold of your imagination! Press on and continue to create more of the world we, as the community, have taken so much interest, and have devoted so much time to listen and learn of this world! (As I am typing this, I am listening to Gale sooooo, yeah. EPICNEEEEEEEEEEESS!!!!!) I hope someone on the team sees this and takes the idea into consideration among the rest of the Arc System Team.

I suggest looking up Dustloop's story, speculation and "short stories and novels" discussions. Bloodedge Experience Part 2 came out a few days ago, so everyone is talking about that, you might find the translation of the last pages...quite interesting.
This better be a freaking title update and not a new game I am sick of company's making new games based on what they have already made *cough cough* Capcom and I know Arcsystemworks does this as well so I wouldn't be surprised if they fucked their fans like that. I'm a little confused. Is this a patch, expansion or a full price re-release? If it does end up being a full price re-release, I'm going to have to give the game a pass. I have much less money coming in now than I did back when I bought CP 1.0 and I really cannot afford to buy a re-release so soon after the launch of the original (it was only a few months ago. Last time I got burned by that happening was MvsC3. Didn't ever get UMvsC3 in the end). If it is just a DLC expansion though, I might be able to afford it assuming it is reasonably priced.

GGXRD is missing a lot of characters, and also many people think its nothing new, since the movesets and stuff are the same, there is just no way blazblue is gonna lose fanbase from GG, or the opposite

alright ASW. i love you so very much. but please don't do the capcom thing of releasing the same game twice or more over, and still having DLC for all of them. it wasn't ok when capcom did it with street fighter, and it's certainly not ok for you. just have ONE installment with all the characters, stages, and content, and THEN do a new installment, with balance changes, new characters and content, etc.
