I had the opportunity to run and do all PM’s on SBO 20 , these are very great Machines. I was in charge of 2 SBO 20s one MatrixWhich was installed in 2017 and the second one I Helped the Technicians install in 2020 that was a great experience. I Really did enjoy working with them.
I have a question, I experienced a problem with the sidel sbo8 machine, during the blowing process there was 1 mold that made an abnormal sound, it made a loud sound like the sound of a burst tire... please help
Ich habe schon an einer SIG und jetzt an einer SIPA gearbeitet . Von Sidel habe ich aber auch schon gehört . Sie ist sicherlich auch sehr gut . Aber irgendwie bin ich von Krones begeistert .

@@marvinmelchor6421 También trabajé en un SIG Blomax 16 hace unos 15 años. También me hubiera gustado trabajar en una estiradora-sopladora de Krones. Hay muchos buenos fabricantes. Como trabajadores, siempre seremos capaces de hacer buenas botellas con él.
Particularmente en las sbo24 por la velocidad no admite juegos muertos en la leva de apertura y cierre, especialmente entre la zona que abre hasta que cierre

A qué se debe la rotura de eje en distintas estaciones de soplado?

Sounds like you have an air leak. Exhaust or Compensation
