firstime to watch factory in brand new conditions
the people who are doing the odds creating such things making our lives somewhat easier.
huge respect.
I worked in a battery factory for 18 yrs. I made the grids for awhile and then went to the pasting dept. We had to wear special hardhats with face shield and filters that pumped clean air over our faces. We had monthly blood tests to make sure we weren't to high in blood lead. If it was too high you went to a different department till it came down.
My late father worked in a factory in Australia in the seventies that made communication cables coated in lead the factory had a haze of fumes going though it, he watched most of his work colleges die from lead poisoning it was so sad to see.
Did his colleagues get worker comp?
@@arbjful Not back then
Good update keep it up the good work 👍

Another example of a factory owner going all-out to ensure the health and safety of the workers 🤔
Amazing Thecnology
Lead ing technology!
Working in such battery factory before, need to get blood leaf check every year,if over dose will transfer department and monitor blood each 6 month until it drop to safe level
Luar biasa dan sangat menakjubkan, I am from Indonesia
Good work 👍
Depends, if manpower is expensive in your country, then it’s affordable I guess, the life of one worker in the plant
This is why unions were started years ago.
My friend is working in battery factory in Mielec Poland Autopart. He has constant eczema on hands from lead. Idk why he still there plenty jobs around.
We now see a more modern factory than usual. Thus, it is now possible to produce economically for the local market. Although the technological lag compared to a European factory is still 40 years. But the product seems reliable. Lots of quality control is a good thing. But the health of the workers would be important. This would require more attention. More protective equipment and more air purification in the immediate work environment. A healthy worker makes fewer mistakes. Few errors result in a reliable product. A reliable product is easy to sell.

That is a lot of lead fumes all day long !
Igual q los rusos con Chernóbil
NAMASTE
this is no factory, this is a junkyard ^^
My dad was involved in battery production in the US for many decades . This would give him a heart attack.
No ventilators no glasses no hearing protection...
Line of new workers every week, old ones melted down for the lead content in them......
Never seen worse working conditions then in this country. I bet they either have sandals on their feet...or no shoes at all. Appalling the way these people are treated!

I think this video is from Pakistan 🤔🤔🤔
👏👏👏👍👍👍👌👌👌🙏🙏🌹🌹🇧🇷🇧🇷
I feel sorry for guys who work with lead and melted plastic with covid mask as a respiratory protection.
But at least he is earning a salary, which is enough to feed him and his family. If he didn’t have this job, he could be on a boat on the Atlantic ocean heading to the ‘white cliffs of Dover’
@@arbjful they are selling their health for this salary, which I'm sure only covering surviving. Sounds like "he could be a slave in foreign country but instead he is slave in own country"
Not to mention those who wear the mask to protect their chins but not their mouthes or noses.
What about all those fools wearing masks for Covid protection
What happened to the Instagram account?
😂😂 😂
Shame on this company for treating workers like trash.
The machine applying the lead oxide paste is perhaps the worst one. Lead oxide is worse than the metal. Dust everywhere.
Lead and zinc make you talk like a chipmunk.
horror
