Hot weekend rc car racing Southend Nationals

Amazing rc cars racing, driven by skilful drivers … The BRCA MTC Nationals series visited Southend and saw cars from several manufacturers battling it out on track. The Batcave converted Awesomatix going head to head with xpress in the 4WD rubber and Carten cars were competitive in the 4WD foam, meanwhile it is the Xpress cars who top the 2WD rubber class.

As for me this time I got involved in the action with the Frontie cars, that are running in the 2wd class. The catren M210F is a great car and reminds me us of our early years of racing with the M03 cars. This is so much fun!!!!

Damn those cars handle well! Erm, almost all of them anyway😉 Nice to see a few different manufacturers represented too. If I could afford it and could get to venues I'd have a go at the M chassis class, love the cars!!

Noticed alot of the drivers still use the older stick transmitters? Are they better for driving rc's? I would have thought the pistol style grip is much easier especially with cornering?
