An ocean isn't the same as a sea, lol. A sea has land areas surrounding it. The Caribbean Sea, for example, has all the islands in the Caribbean, plus the northern portion of South America, surrounding it's body. Just a tidbit.🤗

The place is not refined at all. The place needs to be organized and the esthetics need to come on board. This could be a nice place, but no it missed the mark. In a few years this place will be another ghetto. Thanks for the video, though.

You could be correct, but unfortunately you totally missed the mark with the ghetto comment.Please ask you realtor to verify the last (this year) selling price for a town house in said complex and how quickly it sold
