Wendy, I love your channel and have made several recipes- all were a success and thoroughly enjoyed by the family. If I may offer you a suggestion: please provide your ingredients by weight and volume. I find it a lot easier to weigh out, say 100 grams of cabbage, vs 1 cup of cabbage, and is it loosely packed, or packed in? I can tell from your videos, that you have a keen eye for detail, so I thought this would take your videos up to the next level in terms of precision. Those viewers who like to cook with a free hand can still do so, and those who like precision will have precise measurements. For reference of what I’m talking about, check out Bong Eats.
