Mark you and Ying make this 61yr old woman smile. I'm disabled and spend most of my days in bed in front of my computer. But when younger and able to get out, my husband and I loved going to all of the restaurants in Albuquerque N.M. We love food and I became a pretty good bread maker that our 5 girls and all their friends looked forward to on the weekends. Plus I would make the girls lunches with fresh round colored bread, pink, blue, green etc.. made in tin cans that I saved from our reg. food. Needless to say they were quite popular at lunch time because no one knew what color or size sandwich each of my girls would bring. LOL Such are the memories of an old woman that loved to make fresh bread and the smell and smiles it brought to her home.

M it was so nice to hear your story. I'm 39 and I have been mostly bedridden for five years now. The doctors gave me two years to live but I keep fighting back. Watching Mark and Ying's videos make my day go by a lot quicker. They are calming and exciting at the same time. I hope that you are doing well. God bless Xx

I was always amazed that you could pronounce the Thai names of stuff flawlessly. I'm slowly learning to speak some Thai myself. Some of the magic is gone now, but at least now your standard of Thai is more relatable to me haha.

Mark, pls don't use the inhaler too often, my uncle had nose cancer and he used the same inhaler very often. Better to be safe than sorry.

During your two weeks in Bangkok, there was a old man laughing while you drank the bitter juice. A small favorite scene of mine! So I was delighted @5:50 , when you showed the extended version of this encounter, you telling Ying to swing the camera on this guy paid off, you captured some true comedy.

PS Would you be able to recommend good places to stay in Osaka? I'm planning to go to some of the restaurants that you've tried eg the young chicken joint. :)

We just enclosed our back patio with a cover to block the sun. It looks like what you have at home. I have our gas grill out there and plan on having my son make an open mouth chimney to put pans on. We still have a lot of room for my grandsons to run around with a large garden with greens and goodies. I can't travel because I have a pacemaker. But you travel for me. Keep it up. Love the bloopers.

I loved this video. You should always leave in a few bloopers, and I loved seeing the shots of Ying. I also didn't realize how much work probably goes into the editing you must have to do to get your videos so smooth and seamless appearing. Thanks to you and Ying for all your hard work.
