Easy Honey Garlic Lemon Pepper lamb chops are quick to cook and perfectly juicy. Great for weeknights when you want a delicious dinner on the table fast.
Ingredients
0.78 pound lamb rib chops
2 tablespoons butter
2 sprigs of Rosemary
two sprigs thyme
2 tablespoons minced parsley
5 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lemon juice
3 tbsps. olive oil

TIP: After you cook the lamb add a splash of beef stock, more butter and just a little bit of flour in the same pan. Let it simmer and reduce. Then you'll have a delicious honey lemon sauce to pour over the chops.

Wow, I haven’t had lamb in years. My mom would cook it for us, and it was delicious, but she wouldn’t eat it. Just the thought of eating lamb would make her queasy. My mom passed in 2009, and I find myself trying to duplicate some of her meals for my family. I’ve been trying many of your recipes and they are delicious. I would like to try this one but my husband says he doesn’t like lamb, but I feel like he hasn’t tasted nicely seasoned and prepared lamb. But I will definitely try this recipe if I get a chance to cook some because this looks so good.

I'm Italian American, so I can make some meatballs, good spaghetti sauce, eggplant, parmesan, etc. But I never tried lamb chops!
Them lamb chops looked super delicious 🤤 I usually use a teriyaki marinade sauce. Once it’s seasoned I slap it in that skillet with that butter and then I add a teriyaki glaze to give it another taste
But for sure trying your recipe 👌🏾
