Made in America, Or Not Made At All. - Zábava
My Henry was made in New Jersey, which is about a six hour drive from America.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m sold on the Long Ranger and I want one in.308 Win. Only problem is, I can’t find one.
This is me, as well.
I’m right there with you, hoping to find one before deer season.
It almost took me a year to find one. Set your email alerts from every sight that carries it.
There is one right now at a shop here in Odessa, TX. 308
Cant u bows walk into your nearest hnery dealer amd order one? Or are u havening problems doing that do to the gun store panic buying and dealers having trouble keeping up?
Great show guys !
We nee a retro looking modern falling block single shot and Henry can deliver. Octagon barrel is mandatory. Ability to mount a modern scope or traditional metallic sights is a must. This would be a winner on the range and the field. Please consider it.
Yeah like they’re twist on the Ruger No.1 would be awesome
Ruver number 1 has don't that for ever...I have one in 45-70 and love it.... but henry could for sure cash in on that idea si.ce ruger only makes them in 3 calobers options a year and they end up all being bought up and inpossible to find in a caliber u want
So if henry Makes one and builds them in all there current popular offerings they would make a killing.....I would buy a falling block single shot or lever action rightnow in a 460s&w mag if they made one
Winchester does the same thing countless calibers
@@rex8958 No, they do not. Their 1885 is a limited production item in limited styles and caliber choices. Currently there are two models, one rimfire and one centerfire. The centerfire is a low wall model in several smallbore calibers. Forgive me, but if I want a smallbore caliber there are better choices out there that cost considerably less.
Can you tell me about the bipod he uses and whether you’d recommend one that attaches like that or something like the Primos Trigger Sticks for a Long Ranger?
Wow that was fun to watch. We have those pest here as well. They are hard to get at in the woods full of post oak and black jack but but we can get them on the open areas all year. Put some games calls in the mix and it's fun and not near as cold as you guys look....ha
All the Henrys are great guns. The long ranger is a full five star rifle. Fit and finish, action, balance, lockup, reliability adaptability to scope and bipod all excellent. Henry service when required has a great reputation. And Made In the USA!
If I hadn't retired early I would own at least one more Henry. But owning two is sweet.
Get em!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Great video!
Very cool
Again. I go to your channel and see I'm not subbed. Not sure what's up with YT but here I sub again
Let’s go hunt’n’
Need this in .257 Roberts!
.257 Robert's is a fine caliber.
I took my Long Ranger 6.5 Creedmoor to the range for the first time and had feeding issue a few times. The tips of the soft point hunting ammo I was shooting seem to be damaged. This is my first lever action rifle. Any tips, thoughts, or other reports of ammo feeding issues?
I have the .308
I want the 223 too!
Rock solid.
How accurate is it? I have the BLR tracker in 308 - fine in the woods but nothing more. Torn between the long ranger or a bolt gun for a second 308..
He makes a living shooting coyotes? I need to check into that.
Not a living haha. Its just all he hunts for the most part. Does a lot for the ranchers in our area.
I want one so bad. I can’t find a long ranger to save my life.
If we could have a LONG RANGER in 6.5 Grendel, that would be nice!
A 1000 yd LEVERGUN! Yeah buddy!!
It's out there, 22Plinkster has a couple videos on it.
👋
I'm 74, just want to collect them to leave to my grandson's for an inheritance.
Rotisserie Locking System by Cody. Patent Pending.
Hahahaha while editing this I literally put my head in hand and was like ya said that wrong.
I think review is a misleading title, since it's Henry's official youtube. That being said, at least yall are transparent about it
Make one in 270 or .35 Remington please
Yes, and maybe in 6.5 Grendal, and 35 Whelen too.
The side gate model is available in 35REMINGTON now
1st baby!
If only in .270 😭
👍👍👍🇨🇦
You know you can review a gun without killing a animal
4 Winchester fans dislike this video
Bad kill 👎
Now I want to watch you cook up and eat what you just harvested. Coyote hunting makes no sense. Do you blame a Coyote for being a Coyote more than you blame your dog for being a dog? If you shoot them both, they react the same way. This coming from a hunter for years more than you have been alive. So you and your bud,......eat it! And show it! Your Coyote spots are more about killing, because you certainly aren't harvesting. See, coyotes are scavengers and they hunt normally alone, not in packs. Feeding on varmints or already dead or wounded animals. So you are killing them so they don't take your "varmints or already dead or wounded animals "???
@@terryritchings242 I would guess you are wrong. My family raised horses, sheep, goats and chickens.
And also realize something. Look closely before they actually shoot it. That coyote is clearly wounded/injured. It's favoring its back left leg. That makes it more dangerous than most. An injured wild animal is a dangerous wild animal.
@@terryritchings242 I can't speak to Australia or your environment. I can only speak to myself and many. We raised American Quarter Horses and Appaloosa 's. Along with sheep, chicken and Goat. But that being said, I never used a call of a dying animal to call in a Coyote that really had no interest to begin with. Now obviously, our modest 80 acres in America is not 5K acres in Australia
There's a reason why these predators are considered a pest in all states and have year-round hunting seasons on them with populations that need to be controlled. Your reaction seems to be emotionally based and IMO has no place in field biology. I personally don't hunt critters I don't eat just like you but understand the need for predator control
The problem is an inflated coyote population that is comfortable near humans. There ain't enough dead material to sustain them so they turn to hunting weak animals.
