Amritsar me Kulche Tandoor me bante hai, aapne Warqi/Paratdar//Layered Parantha khaya hoga, usme khas Amritsari Kulcha Masala aur alag alag tarah ki Stuffings bhar kar Tandoor me seka jata hai.
Kulfi aur Kulfa dono alag alag hain. Dono garmi ke dino me thandak ka ehsaas dete hain. Kulfi me Doodh hota hai aur Kulfa ek khas Gondh/Natural Resin se Banta hai
