Love the workflow Jared! I would have liked to see a bit more set up on the subsurface profile in unreal, setting that up always feels like guess work to me!
Ya, for this character it was just about establishing a base line on how much scatter was gonna happen. Then using the map to balance it out. But maybe at some point i can put together a quick vid!

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean export? You export out a scatter map, but you aren’t baking anything except a thickness map as a starting point, but you don’t require that
Is there any chance u can share or record something abt the subsurface material in Unreal? i have my setup with subsurface profile but the mask doesnt work when i plug it to opacity channel
