KATCHY Electric Insect Trap: Indoor Bug, Fly and Mosquito Trap - UV Light, Fan and Glue Board Combo Traps Even the Tiniest Flying Insects - No Zapper - Child-Safe, Non-Toxic
✅ TRIPLE TRAPPING POWER: Between the UV light that lures them in, the fan that won’t let them go, and the glue board that sticks even the smallest flying insects like Gnats and Fruit Flies, the KATCHY Black Supernova is the most comprehensive indoor bug trap on the market today.
✅ SAFE FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY: With no chemicals, no odors, no zapper, and quiet operation, this bug trap is ideal to keep insects away from babies and small children in up to a 320 SQ FT space. While no anti-insect system is going to be 100% effective, the Black Supernova is about as close as you can get in a small package.
✅ TRAP THEM ANYWHERE: Just set up the insect trapper in a visible spot a few feet off the ground, plug it into the wall or USB power source, and let it do the rest. Works well in kitchens, bedrooms, offices, garages, covered porches, and even areas with no electricity such as cabins or other enclosed places. It also doubles as a soothing nightlight!
✅ PRODUCT DETAILS: Works best in a dark and closed room. Rated voltage: 5 V; Rated Power: 5 W; Rated frequency: 60 Hz; Applicable Area/Coverage: 320 SQ FT.

    Color:Black Supernova
    Safe Indoor Insect Control
Do you want to be able to enjoy the pleasant breeze wafting through your house without paying the price with annoying insects?
Are you searching for a way to keep bugs away from your baby without using chemicals or a bug zapper?
It’s Time To Bring on The Black Supernova from KATCHY!
This unique bug trapping solution uses an ultraviolet light on the 365nm-395nm wavelength to lure in insects of all kinds. They’re then either dried up by the powerful yet quiet fan or stuck on the built-in glue board. The result is a reduced insect population in areas up to 320 square feet.
Low Voltage Operation: The Black Supernova does its work without using high voltage and without actually zapping the insects.
Perfect for Kids: Since it employs no chemicals, gives off no odor and is completely self-contained, it’s ideal to help keep bugs away from a baby or small child.
USB or Wall Power: Flexible power options mean you can use it even in areas where there are no electrical outlets. All you need is a USB device such as a laptop computer or power bank.
Clears Insects from Enclosed Spaces: Use the Black Supernova in any room in your house or in any other enclosed space. If you want to cover a larger area, simply place one trap on each end of the room.
Give The Gift of Less Bugs: Many people want to rid themselves of insects but remain skeptical of UV insect killers. Surprise them with a Black Supernova and watch the amazement as their life gets less buggy.
One-Year Money-Back Guarantee: If you’re not happy with the performance of your Black Supernova, simply let us know within a year and we’ll get you a prompt, full refund.

I had been using Apple Cider Vinegar with a little dish soap. That
recipe is all over the internet and here on CZcams as well. I read on
google that fruit flies live about a week from egg till death. I also
read that in this short lifespan they lay about 500 eggs. Now I know why
catching 4 or 5 a day with my vinegar trap failed. Their reproductive
rate far exceeds my vinegar trap-catching ability. Well, I bought a
Katchy. It arrived today afternoon. I noticed people were positioning
their Katchy and placing bananas (any fruit should work) next to it to
lure the flies near the Katchy. I didn't have any fruit, so I got an
idea. I know they are attracted by the vinegar solution. I got a small
bowl and made another vinegar trap to place next to Katchy to use as a lure. I left it in
the kitchen with all the kitchen lights off. After about 3 hours, I had to take a
look. First I noticed the vinegar trap had caught about 2. Then I opened
the Katchy and it had caught many of them (I didn't actually count them
LOL). If I had to guess I would say 30+. I have high hopes for this
    product.

You might get some others by accident occasionally but it will mostly only work for phototaxic insects, such as some types of houseflies, fruit flies and moths. I don't think most types of mosquitos are phototaxic, they're more attracted by CO2. Probably would work much better indoors than outdoors to keep down insects there, otherwise you're just going to get a tonne of moths in it.

They are attracted to carbon dioxide not right
So if you use this little thing outside you'll catch every other bug that lives in your backyard but mosquitoes

It depends on what you want to catch
If you have bugs inside your house you could use it inside your house
If you have mosquitoes and flies in your house and you can't have a barbecue and peace then use it outside
If you want to collect insects like beetles and moths then you can use it outside

dumb product, it's killing a variety of bugs which could be beneficial for the environment, not just mosquitoes and it sounds like you have to keep buying those pads for it to work and those pads don't seem to catch all that many for each one. Thanks for the review but I'll pass on this one.

      Why cry over some mosquitoes
If you love mosquitoes so much why don't you marry them
The purpose of this thing is to catch mosquitoes and fruit flies
