For the Dip:▪️1/4 Cup Mayonnaise▪️1 Clove Garlic, grated or minced▪️1 Scallion, sliced▪️4 oz. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, softened▪️1/4 Cup Light Sour Cream▪️1/2 Cup White Cheddar Cheese, shredded▪️8 oz. Lump Crab Meat▪️1/2 a Lemon, juice▪️1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning▪️1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce▪️1/4 tsp Black Pepper▪️
On Top:▪️1/3 Cup White Cheddar Cheese, shredded▪️2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated▪️
Options For Serving:▪️Crackers▪️Tortilla Chips▪️Crostini▪️
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F
2️⃣ Add the mayonnaise, garlic, scallion, cream cheese, sour cream, white cheddar, crab, lemon, old bay, worcestershire, and pepper to a bowl; mix to combine
3️⃣ Empty into a small baking dish, spread into one layer, and top with white cheddar and parmesan
4️⃣ Bake for 30-35 minutes and then broil for 1-2 minutes so that the top gets golden brown and bubbly
5️⃣ Serve with crackers, chips, or crostini, and enjoy!
⏲15 minute prep time + 30 minute cook time
