@@jungsuk888 do remember that even with out the phoenix force she is an omega level mutant... it's because of her powerful potential that phoenix was drawn to her and always pick her over other hosts in the comics...also only she can use the full potential of the phoenix force the only other host who can come close are the grey bloodlines like her daughter Rachel Grey Summers, grand daughter Hope Summers etc..
The deleted scene where instead of jean manipulating the needles, she manipulated magnetos metal cup turning it into a star nearly killing all the mutants within her radius is way scarier.

The scene with Magneto in the Last Stand actually is way more terrifying it the cut version, she actually made a small sun trough fusion reaction out of a metal mug, showing that her can control matter a sub atomic level...
And that is the most badass and also terrifying moment of Jean Grey from Famke Jansen.
Solar flare? Wasn't the pheonix a cosmic entity? And jean did not absorb the pheonix it chose her to become it's vessel.

Control by remedy games is a good one the protagonist also has red hair like jean. For an indie game i suggest the game lethe its an indie horror game where you have telekinesis.

Now regarding the scene of Jean showing her true powers to Magneto, the deleted version of that scene is MUCH better. She uses her sub-atomic telekinesis to start a nuclear fusion, basically turning a mug into a freaking Sun!

My favorite dark Phoenix storyline was X-Men Last Stand when Wolverine saved her at the end

At the End Wolverine saved the X-Men from the Phoenix Force
At the end it was because of Charles Xavier so love what you saved the X-Men.
FYI- It was not a solar flare. It was a sentient energy (Phoenix but they never referred to it as such) and Vuk wanted it for herself to take revenge for her people
also a part of the film that didnt work. ur right...also, why did she want to use the phoenic force(which is responsible for destroying her planet and the rightful place for her to aim her aggression) to kill all the humans? she had animosity towards them for no reason. it would have been more interesting if as a suicide mission she wanted to destroy the phoenix.

That's not a solar flare that's the phoenix force.
Jean never had a hidden dark personality that was the phoenix force.
Jean didn't just life Charles out of his chair she forced him to walk which is why he was experiencing pain.
Jean never wanted to be rid of the phoenix force but she knew she had to leave in order to save her friends and family in Xavier's school.
What you're describing is the cartoon version, not the comic version. The original storyline was always about Jean's dark side taking over.

She used her TELEPATHIC powers to read her fathers mind. People keep confusing the two abilities: telepathy works with reading, controlling, and projecting thoughts into minds. : telekinesis is the ability to move objects and in extreme cases molecules with the mind. Their are very few individuals that have both abilities Jean Grey is one of them.
Uhm jean stopping the river dam in x2, jean kills charles x3, jean disintegrates a whole base x3, jean fights the aliens on the train dark phoenix like there were plenty more badass scenes than these. Also its a cosmic force called phoenix force not solar flare 🤣

I think the dark Phoenix story was the best stories throughout the Phoenix life tells us a great origin story very well how does betrayed the book.

its not controlling time. its what quicksilver sees when he uses his powers. jean managed to outclass him in speed.

I actually deleted my first comment telling you you didn't actually watch the movies but you talked your way through it. But you spoke the Last Stand Phoenix origin as an alternate personality of Jean's(instead of a cosmic force) when Dark Phoenix was a result of........watch the movie or look it up.....and you explained and tried it but anyone that watched the movie and maybe read a comic or two OR DID THEIR RESEARCH would've known to NOT CALL WHAT PASSED AS THE PHOENIX FORCE in that stupid movie "SOLAR FLARE ENERGY". I agree. I'm a trained actor and I can attest that she brought like NOTHING to the character. Also, they really didn't approach the Dark Phoenix in an appropriate way. She's supposed to be having a life or death struggle within herself with another persona. In t his movie, it seems more like she just found out some bad news and is having a bad day. She has no stakes in this movie. Horrible all around.

@@geoffreybrowne5191 She is suppose to be struggling with repressed trauma resurfacing and now suffers from PTSD. That is what the teaser trailer suggested. It's got nothing to do with life and death. Jean doesn't become the Dark Phoenix until at the end of the movie as her arc.
@@agentofchaos7456 First note, movie trailers aren't supposed to just give you the plot. There should be some mystery to them, if they're well made. Secondly, this 2nd attempt by Fox was, albeit, closer to the source material, it was still off the mark. What you describe plot-wise is not really supposed to happen like this. The problem with this movie is that it's trying to do the Phoenix and Dark Phoenix story lines together which is not smart. The problem with Fox is that they're afraid to get "too out there". But they're comic books. You kinda have to lean into the 'weird' to do them successfully. Marvel Studios does a much better job at this. Also, it's known that the studio was changing major plot stuff during and after principal shooting, which basically means it's gonna be a MESS.
