I don't understand. If you blow the hot humid air back to the room, the water will condensate and everything will be moldy.

Not necessarily, if the humid air distributed over a large volume it raises the humidity a little. In the winter that's what you want in most houses since humidity is very low.

@STEM_SAVING I understand you. In my flat, the humidity is to high in winter and summer too, I don't know why, despite I use dehumidifier all the winter, and air conditioner in the summer. So I never use these type of accessories.

It's not for every home. Some houses suffer from higher humidity based on their location or environment. My house is very dry in the winter, so it works for me.

No not with that amount, but you can send your bill back down to earth by not wasting heat.
