Every time I’ve met him at a concert in the last couple years, he always seems so… absent. He doesn’t even really look me in the eyes or seem like he’s really there talking to me. Maybe we all just blend together to him… maybe he’s on drugs… maybe I’m being a pussy… I don’t know but it does hurt a little because I used to look up to him a lot but I don’t really know if I do anymore. I don’t feel seen.
I think you have to get right into his face for him to really see you and make your eyes connect to his. But you got to think he sees thousands of people and we don't know how that feels emotionally or mentally so he may be detaching to some extent which I think makes sense. When I got to talk to him his daughter called right when I got to the table which was sweet so he spoke one sentence to me because he was calling her back
