With heavy tubes, big ammo is easier to hold onto so something like 1/2 inch steel plenty of power for it.
Good for building up grip strength, but rubbish for kids unless you change the tubes.
A shot on a steel can with some big steel would have been good to see, maybe next time 👍

Those tubes are really hard to pull back..... flat bands would be easier to shoot with

the bands are too tight and the frame could be too bulky even for serious hunting.😐
