haha it's funny you mentioned that with the Gallagher. I have to stop myself from buying good EPL players on ebay all the time bc right before I'm like "ok but who outside of the UK is buying this from me". Like I think the player is great and it's a deal on a nice rookie card but they just don't have a market here. One day!
