Ever wonder how Tofu is made?

At Amy's Kitchen, we start from scratch with all our foods. Like all good home-cooks, we insist on cooking with only the best ingredients. If we can't find the perfect ingredient, then we make it ourselves. That's why we make our own tofu for all our dishes. It's a labor of love, but one we absolutely enjoy. You can taste our fresh, homemade tofu in over 50 Amy's Kitchen dishes, including Teriyaki Bowl, Vegetable Pot Pie, Indian Spinach Tofu Wrap, and Black Bean Vegetable Enchiladas.
