I'm all for drinking as I drink almost daily but since my mother and her bf were killed by a drunk driver that had me really hoping they dont drink and drive at all. It's just not worth it.
Dude, don't worry about peeps messing with toast. Cars come through ALL the time and no ever messes with them. (I actually think companies lose customs rights over infractions like that.) Peeps will look and love, but never mess with.
Inspection is Mandatory, Up on the lift and ensure no dirt, bugs, contraband etc etc... Any dirt found, and the car immediately gets steam cleaned and you pay hard in fines and costs.
If ya did it right when shipping ex the states... no probs landing in Oz.

Cleetus, make a complaint with Australian Customs. I am Australian law enforcement and if we did stuff like that we would lose our jobs. They had no authority to post pictures of toast on social media.
They do however have authority to open your container and search the contents. Ie search your vehicle.

But you're in law enforcement, and clearly don't own a vehicle of that caliber or you wouldn't of even made that comment. Everything about that container drop off was sketchy. You call when it lands, and you call and let owner know the type of inspection it's about to have done.

Have your Pro guys build a roll cage for the Mystery Ship that is *really* a roll cage. Actually, roll bars. Basically, two parallel hemispherical tubes that connect the front bumper to the back bumper, one roll bar on each side of the van, so that when you hit the brakes, the thing will smoothly roll belly up onto the roll bars, and continue to roll straight ahead back onto the tires. :-)

SUGGESTION FOR THE VAN :-
Drill holes in the rear wheel wells and put 4 large garden sprayers per wheel into each hole facing the tires. Use 13mm poly garden hose and bring it to a cheap 12v pond pump sitting in a bucket with a lid, strapped in the back.
Make up a brew of 50/50 filtered old sump oil and soapy water for the bucket. Run wires to steering wheel or gear lever to operate.
U roll forward a meter or so with them running to wet, rip a burnout and spray each time it begins to bog down.
Leaves dirty black marks! 👍

Hey mate, that's AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service) inspecting the car for mud ect.. underneath to make sure there's no ant nest and the like.
I worked at the Wharfs loading & unloading containers, AQIS is very strict on vehicles. No need to worry about it being tampered with, these cars come through every day.

Anytime you send shipments to Australia they will absolutely check everything. They have to make sure there are no animal or insect stowaways. Probably had some dogs check it out too. You,'re pretty lucky they didn't take it apart to inspect it further.

Regarding the Customs & vehicle import procedure,they pull it out of the container and check every nook & cranny for any foreign parasites,bugs and things like that.Theyre very strict on it.Obviously it passed the checkpoint,as its not sitting in quarantine!!
For that second gear shift in the Mystery Machine you should build a hand lever off the dash to push in the clutch. Who needs a hand on the wheel during a burnout? LOL

Hell yeah 6.0 brother. Rolled my 6.0 sadly but I got another one to mess around with. Wanted to do a burnout video in my rolled truck but haven't been able to start it since insurance company ran my battery dead trying to start it with my ficm unplugged for by back reasons.🙄🤷♂️
