20 LPA in India is high income. You can afford decent home, car, healthcare, schools etc. You can hire maids, eat at decent restaurants and afford holidays in India and surrounding countries. You can also save / pension schemes / insurance / build a decent wealth portfolio. To me, that is good enough quality of life. Living close to your family and celebrating your own culture is priceless.

Sometimes it is better to move to a different country like Germany where you can get quality education for your kids. I think you are confused. In India tax rate is 30% for 20LA, Which means even with your EMI, Principle, Health insurance you cannot save not more than 4L for tax exemption, in this case for Emi you have to pay 48K P/Month, as per your saving it would be 1.1L p/m and not 1.5K, then again kids schooling ,for 2 kids it would be 2.5 L/A, then 1.1L - 21K = 89K, House general needs per month is 40K nominal (Petrol, EB, Internet, Groceries & Veggies), which is 89K-40K = 49K would be max savings not even close to 1.1L

If you are earning 20lpa your quality of life won't be bad anyway except for the unavoidable pollution (but that too is avoidable to a large extent if you work and live mostly in ac environments). You can afford healthcare at the best hospitals for the most part and buy healthier, organic varieties of food. I would say middleclass and lowerclass people definitely have better standard of living in Germany, its just that if you're upperclass in India your money can quite literally buy you a whole new standard of life.

So for MBA it will be exact 2 years but Master's there, if you choose technical fields like electronics or CS, it will take 2.5 to 3 years(coz thesis as it will take more than 6 months) and after that, your salary depends on your exp level. If you have 2 yrs of exp, your pay will be around 55 to 60k euros which will be 3k euro per month after taxes. You will be spending more than 1k euros coz traveling and eating out frequently compared to when you were a student and you will be sending home about 2k,maybe even less coz after 2 yrs , inflation and house rent will deffo increase there. So it will be like earning a salary of 1.5 to 1.6L per month. Now , after MBA here, your average salary will be kinda the same as stated above. So, to round off, after MBA here, if you get 20+ lpa, stay here, it's better here. If you think it will be less, then you can plan accordingly. Check purchase power parity to get better idea..

It depends on the job and city. For munich or other metro cities, it will be difficult to survive in that much due to high rents. Check if you should get paid higher for your skills and experience and negotiate.
