I finally finished an updated version of my AoT Opening medley! I wrote one back when the third season was released, but it wasn't my best work to be honest. It was full of unnecessary ornaments and weird notations, so I toned it down in this version. After all these years, I'm still so in love with Attack on Titan, it's one of those stories that never really let you go. The openings are one of the series' many qualities,
I love every single one of them! I think My War/Boku no Sensou is my favourite, but it's very hard to choose.
I tried to structure the medley like one of Linked Horizon's songs, but in the end it turned out to be quite difficult with 6 different songs. I'm not sure I got the ending 100% right, but this is probably as good as it's going to get. I also think this is the best version I've made of My War yet, I kept discovering little mistakes in my previous attempts to arrange the song. @kamattechannel (Shinsei Kamattechan) is such a brilliant songwriter, My War has many, many layers! Every time I listen to the song, I discover a new detail or I hear a tiny variation of the main melodies that I hadn't heard before. I think that's why I like OP 6 the most compared to Linked Horizon's openings (and Yoshiki's). Linked Horizon writes amazingly epic songs, but I feel like My War has more depth, if that makes sense. I also love chromatic modulations, so that's the cherry on top of a brilliant song!

Marja, I am playing all your flute and piano tracks with my piano friend(me flute)! We love your arrangments and having a great time practicing it🥰 Do you like maplestory? We love songs from there, so I just wanted to ask you If you have any plans to make arrangements of them😎

Thank you so much! I play most of them myself when I want to play something fun, but I usually only play them privately with an MP3 file. I've actually performed some flute ensemble arrangements for larger audiences though! I've also thought of recording and filming myself while playing a piece, but I don't have the right equipment to do so at the moment. It's definitely something to consider in the future!
@@IcelandsPuffin Oh I understand that. I asked because I've been following you for...about a year? And I have brought many of your arrangements to the flute ensemble of what was my school and really loved every piece you made. Right now I am trying to play Vogel Im Käfig with my sister who plays the piano, and she was struggling a bit due to some notes (she has little hands) but we are almost there! She wanted to see someone playing the piece so she could have a guide.
In any case, I will be awaiting for more of your work! Maybe if we get to do Vogel Im Käfig we will see My War after haha

@@IcelandsPuffin Haha it is a pleasure to play your arrangements! I remember the flute ensemble I was did a Halloween special 2 years ago where we played This is Halloween, Jack's Lament and Victor's piano solo for the public at the Music school. We also practiced The Game is On but sadly never got to play them for the public...I still practice it though because it stuck to me haha. We practiced Journey too, which was very troublesome due to all the flats it had, but we accepted it as a challenge and for our class practice. And now I dragged my sister into your arrangements and she liked the Attack on Titan ones, and thus this is how we ended up playing Vogel.
In other words, I'm a huge fan haha 😂🥰

Would you be able to do the full versions of all the openings or the tv size?
I'm actually thinking of making full arrangements, but I don't know exactly know yet when I'm going to do that. I do have full versions of Shoukei and My War, I think I'd want to Sasageyo next!
