- This is a video walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough / etc of the Game Boy game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: Radical Rescue.
This game is quite a bit different than your normal turtle beat 'em up which is a nice change of pace. It feels like like Ninja Turtles meets Castlevania / Metroid. You start with Michaelangelo and have to rescue your brothers along the way. Each turtle has their own special abilities which need to be utilized in order to reach places you weren't able to before.
Can't go wrong with a game when your teacher tells you to prepare yourself for buttle! (Maybe Splinter had too much to drink before getting rescued...One never knows....)
I do alright with the bosses I thought till the end when you fight them one right after the other, then it got a bit sloppy, so I apologize for not exactly having the best strategy against them. It was a bit rough, but I do pull off a victory in the end.

Anyway, great playthrough! I've never played this game back in the day. I only recently discovered it's existence.
The rarest of the Game Boy TMNT trilogy, I nickname this one "Turtleoid" since it plays like a Metroid game.
Also, the first boss has to be Scratch, the villain whose action figure is the holy grail of the originall toy line.

When I was a kid I couldn't figure this game out for the life of me... I managed to unlock Raph but that was as far as I ever got.
Also. Was that final boss supposed to be Shredder? Looked more like a DBZ villain.

One of my first videogames ever but I was never able to to it in one run and still got a note book full of passwords.

Воистину сборник TMNT Cowabunga Collection оживил многие старые видео игр. Radical Rescue не самая лучшая идея, но в целом наверное лучше, чем очередной платформер.
Пришёл посмотреть на 29:47 из-за того, что почему-то уверял себя в том, что даже с вертолётом Рафаэля там нереально допрыгнуть. В итоге сделал три круга по всем локациям вплоть до леса вверху карты. Метроидвании явно не моё)

This game is pretty much a Metroid clone.
I wish that the end credits didn't blink like that. The game designers really want to give people who are playing this game epileptic seizures.

It things go well enough, hopefully Dragon's Lair for the SNES. It isn't that hard if you take your time with it. It's not as bad as people make it out to be....Course, they could be talking about the NES version....
Most of the OST is recycelt from Back from the sewer.
I notice for the Shredder, they used the same animation as Raging Fighter, another Konami GB game.
Really? Nice catch. Usually what I tend to find doing all these videos is the same sounds. Like how in Nightmare on Elm Street you can hear sounds from Battletoads... :P
I also noticed that the game itself is a lot like the Goonies 2 game, also by Konami.
