Am făcut și eu crema asta zilele trecute, pentru 2 tarte obosite 🙈 n-am pus tot untul odată, ci câte un cub pe rând. Și vreo două mi-au sărit din castron, că tot cu tel am amestecat 😂😂 (aici văd că s-a strecurat untul buclucaș în interiorul telului)

If I use brown sugar, will it change the taste and the look of the vanilla cream?

Haven't tested, but it should just be a little less sweet. And a little darker in color :)
