Hi everybody! Welcome back to the channel. Today we are going to show how you can put pressure on the defender from the right side of the court. This does not mean that these are scoring shots or fast shots, this could also a be a very difficult ball that you actually play quite slow.
I wanted to show shots that are actually a bit new to the channel, and shots that we did not mention yet.

Safe decisions to make, without even thinking, that can lead to putting some pressure. In this situation, this type of ball comes... I play this ball, 95% of the times. That makes it easy for you, makes you consistent, and also predictable for your partner

as a left handed player, I mostly play on the right side. Interestingly enough, there are several left handed players in my community so I will also play on the left side a fair amount. Would you say that if it is two left handed players the offence and defense positions switch sides?
With two left handers, the right player will attack mostly

It is actually very similair. The options with the volleys are the same. And most overheads as well! Overheads to the fence will be a bit more movement thought
